MPC: other sites response
Marden Parish Council has undertaken, at recent Planning Committee meetings, discussions of all the sites included in the Maidstone Borough Council Call for Sites consultation held in 2019.
Sites 226 (Land North of Staplehurst), 309 (Strategic expansion of Marden/Maidstone Road) and 318 (Pagehurst Farm) have been discussed previously and submitted to Maidstone Borough Council on 31st January 2020 (to view this submission please visit the tab (MPC Submission to 226, 309 and 318).
The remaining 19 sites were broken down into areas (see table below) and discussed in sections. The draft documents for each area can be downloaded (see below). Following small amendments to site 269 (Area 4) Cllrs agreed for the responses to be submitted to Maidstone Borough Council along with all residents' comments, evidence and photographs received by the Parish Council since November 2019.
MPC's responses on all the remaining sites have been submitted to Maidstone Borough Council (see below). All supporting evidence is currently being scanned and will be submitted shortly. Unfortunately due to the current CoVid-19 situation a hard copy was not able to be submitted.
