HR Policies and Procedures

Policies and Procedures relevant to the HR Sub-Committee are reviewed annually in January/February.  Once agreed the documents are submitted to Full Council for ratification and adoption for the next Council year.  (Unless changes have been undertaken during the year at which time they will be amended and resubmitted to the next available Full Council meeting)

The majority of the HR Policies are within the Employee's Handbook/H&S Handbook.
