Due to the current Coronovirus situation that we are in Marden Parish Council will be undertaking all its decision making via the MPC Emergency Committee (as agreed at the Extra Ordinary Full Council meeting on 24th March 2020). This will be done virtually at 7.30pm on a Tuesday evening.
As all Parish Councillors are now able to access meetings virtually the Full Council will resume holding meetings (still virtually until Government guidelines permits meetings in person). The next meeting of the Full Council will be 12th May 2020 at 7.30pm. Agendas and relevant papers and minutes can be found on the Full Council tab of this website.
All agendas for these meetings (whether Planning, Full Council, Finance or Amenities) will be listed below.
If an item is requested to be discussed by Cllrs please let Ali know by the Tuesday week before the meeting.
Residents wishing to comment on any item please contact Ali ([email protected] / 07376 287981) by 5pm on the date of the meeting. If residents wish to take part in the public forum of the meeting please contact Ali, again by 5pm, and you will be sent the link prior to the meeting commencing.

Councillors will convene, via Zoom, at 7.30pm to discuss the items listed on the agenda. The Chairman of the Council, Cllr Lesley Mannington, will chair these meetings.
Draft minutes will be available to view here from the following Monday.
All agreed minutes will be available after the relevant meeting however they will not be signed until the Council are able to convene in person.
