External Consultations

ILOS New Energy UK Ltd is proposing the development of a solar farm at Pattenden Lane, a site west of the industrial estate.  A public consultation is being held on Monday 14th October 2024 at Marden Sports Club, Maidstone Road, Marden from 3pm to 8pm.  (Click on poster below).   The QR code will go live on 14th October.

A representative of ILOS New Energy will be attending the Parish Council meeting on Tuesday 8th October to speak to Cllrs.  This proposal has not yet been submitted for planning and therefore no decision will be made by the Parish Council on the 8th October.  

Any application received will be listed on a MPC Planning agenda and advertised as normal.
