Following the end of Covid-19 Legislation allowing Parish Councils to hold virtual meetings Marden Parish Council has now resumed face to face meetings. These will still be held on Tuesday evenings at 7.30pm and will be in the John Banks Hall, Marden Memorial Hall, Goudhurst Road, Marden TN12 9JX.
Due to social distancing a risk assessment has been undertaken of the hall and you can see view this at: Risk Assessments - Marden Parish Council Marden, Tonbridge, Kent - Marden Parish Council, Marden, Tonbridge (mardenkent-pc.gov.uk)
Unfortunately due to the layout of the hall only a limited number of members of the public will be permitted to attend meetings:
Full Council (2nd Tuesday of every month): 6 members of the public
Planning (1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month): 9 members of the public
Amenities (4th Tuesday of every month): 9 members of the public
Finance: 11 members of the public
If you wish to attend a meeting please contact the Clerk (or Deputy Clerk in the case of Amenities Committee) as once these numbers are met no further public can be permitted to enter the hall. Masks will need to be worn, but may be removed to address the meeting. Masks and hand sanitisers are available at the door.
If you have something you wish to raise either with Council or on an item on the agenda you are welcome to send this to the Clerk prior to the meeting for it to be raised on your behalf.
