The Bluebell Walk 2020 - Sunday 3rd May 2020
Starting and finishing at Harrietsham Village Hall, ME17 1AP
Starting any time between 8am and 10.30am
Dogs on leaves are welcome.
The Bluebell Walk follows a picturesque leisurely six mile ramble taking you amongst the stunning bluebells and through enchanting woodland. This year we are also offering an alternative to the traditional route. The alternative route flows a steeper incline on the North Downs Way bypassing the stiles at Lower Dean Farm which gave rise to congestion last year. You will be able to select your route while you are on the walk with marshalls directing you along the way. Both routes offer cold drinks at 2 and 4 miles and an opportunity to remember a loved one by placing a wind spinner and message in the Field of Memories near to the picnic spot where hot or cold drinks will be available.
This year we are also offering a "mini Bluebell Walk" of two and a half miles for little legs or those not able to complete the full 6 mile walk. This route takes in part of the beautiful Bluebell Walk across the North Downs but does not pass through the Field of Memories or picnic stop although cold drinks will be provided en route.
On your return to the Village Hall why not buy a well-earned treat from our legendary cake stall.
For full details of all entry fees or to make a booking please visit www.hokh.org/events, contact us on 01622 790195 or pick up a form from one of our shops or the Fundraising desk at the Hospice. Early bird prices apply to all bookings made by 3rd April.
