Community Infrastructure Levy

Maidstone Borough Council adopted Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) whereby money is passed to Parish Councils for development within their parish.

Marden Parish Council is required to complete an annual report to MBC detailing money received and money spent from CIL - these can be viewed below.
