Copper Lane/Albion Road
LAND EAST OF ALBION ROAD AND NORTH OF COPPER LANE, MARDEN
Following last night's meeting (24/9/24) it was brought to the attention of Marden Parish Council that several residents who had responded on the original planning application to MBC had not received a further letter regarding the appeal details. I understand that majority have now given their details to Borough Cllr Russell but for information the Planning Appeal reference is APP/U2235/W/24/3346817.
In regard to the recent letter from B.Yond Homes regarding the additional information on the proposed highway/footway a response is required back to the Planning Inspectorate by Wednesday 9th October 2024.
If you wish to comment you can do so by going online to the Planning Inspectorate website: Planning Inspectorate (https://acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk/) and enter appeal reference 3346817. This will take you to the subject appeal and you then need to click on the "Make Representation" button to submit your comments; or by post to: Tim Salter, 3J, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol BS1 6PN
Minutes from MPC's EFCM Meeting of 24th September 2024 will be on the website by Monday 30th September.

Marden Parish Council (MPC) has received notification that the inquiry will be open at 10am on 12th November and scheduled for 6 sitting days and this will be held at Maidstone Town Hall.
MPC have submitted a written representation to the Planning Inspectorate and this can be viewed below.
Those residents who commented on the original application and neighbours should have received a letter from MBC regarding this and for any further responses being sent to the Planning Inspectorate by 12th September 2024. All previous comments will have been submitted to the Planning Inspectorate by MBC.
