Marden Parish Council

Open Days 15/16 November

Thank you to everyone that came along to the Parish Council Open Days on 15th and 16th November.  The Parish Council has been able to gather a lot of information from the responses and comments given on these two days and from feedback received in the weeks after.

From this information, and from residents attending meetings and workshops we have been able to put together a response to MBC on their Call for Sites (see separate "Call for Sites" tab) on the three larger sites (226,309 and 318) and are working towards responding on the other 16.

Cllrs have also started drafting a Draft Infrastructure Spend Plan (see below) - a consultation will be open again for comments from residents following the Spring newsletter (March). 

In regard to S106 expenditure a Sub-Group has been set up of Cllrs to take the suggestions forward.
